Retina Consultants of Boston (RCB) is a full service vitreo-retinal practice that strives for excellent patient care offering management of surgical and medical retinal problems, a diagnostic testing center and clinical trials. Our surgeries are performed at Mass. Eye and Ear infirmary where we use innovative cutting edge micro-surgical techniques to help our patients achieve optimal outcomes for a number of vitreous and retinal issues.

RCB’s relationship with referring doctors does not end at the point of referral. Our goal is having a team based approach in patient care between our practice and the doctors who refer to us. We encourage an interactive relationship with our referring doctors and aim to be a resource to them, while always upholding the highest standards of patient care.

To ensure referring providers and their support staff stay connected with their patients, RCB sends new patient letters back to the provider in a timely manner, as well as communicates changes in management of an existing patient’s care.
