We have had yet another successful COPE event this Fall! The event topics included Eye Emergencies You Do Not Want to Miss and Retina Emergencies You Do Not Want to Miss. The lectures were geared to understand when emergencies concerning the eye, retina and optic nerve require a prompt diagnosis in order to save someone’s vision and potentially their life. The Doctors presented the lectures using case-based examples to drive home clinical pearls and key management points.
At Retina Consultants of Boston, we truly enjoy planning and organizing all COPE lecture topics. We love sharing and discussing our lecture topics with our local optometric colleges. We enjoy engaging in open dialogue with our guests on different cases we may encounter as a team. We hope everyone enjoyed this event and we look forward to seeing our regular attendees as well as some new faces for our next COPE event Spring 2019.
In the interest of maintaining further transparency and providing a wide breadth of information to our patients and providers, this blog will serve as an educational and informative resource on interesting happenings within Retina Consultants of Boston and in the greater field of Ophthalmology.
