November Blog- COPE Fall 2016

By admin | Nov 18, 2016

Our Fourth Cope Event Was a Success!

November has so far gotten off to a great start here at Retina Consultants of Boston. We held our 4th COPE event in our Peabody office November 2nd and had the largest turnout so far. This Fall, our course topics explored the treatment and case management options for Endophthalmitis and Giant Cell Arteritis.

These events are a great way not only for our referring optometrists and other optometrists in the area to meet our doctors and get the CME credits that they need, but it’s also an opportunity for our physicians to meet all of them as well.  We believe this helps to foster an environment of open communication, patient dialogue and support with our referring optometrists.

This is the third COPE event where we’ve utilized case studies to create a more interactive lecture format. We want our attendees to feel that these lectures are a way for them not just to earn the CME credits they need, but also to make the content of the lecture more tangible to what they might see in their practice day to day.

We were so thrilled to have such a fantastic turn out this Fall and hope we see even more new faces at our COPE event in the Spring!

If you are interested in attending one of our COPE lectures and would like more information, please contact our main office at (978) 854-5090.
